The Day Dreamer

This package is for clients who have fully planned their event, and need all of the Day-Of details managed. We will work directly with all of your vendors to ensure that every detail is incorporated throughout your wedding weekend. Planning for this package typically begins 6-8 weeks prior to the date of the wedding.

 

This package includes:

• Complimentary Initial consultation

• 5 one-hour planning meetings with your Event Manager prior to the wedding

• Planning meetings with all contracted vendors

• 2 hours rehearsal coordination and rehearsal dinner assistance

• Assistance with wedding day set up and break down

• A customized itinerary for all bridal party members and contracted vendors

• A final walk through at the venue(s) with the appropriate vendors

• 12 hours on-site full-service coordination the day of the wedding (2-3 staff present)

The Dream Counselor

​

This package is for clients who desire assistance in planning to create their dream wedding, but do not require services on the actual date of the event. This is perfect for clients who do not have the time or expertise to bring their dream ideas to life. Let us assist you! Planning for this package begins at least 6 months prior to the date of the wedding.

 

This package includes:

• Complimentary Initial consultation

• A personalized timeline for all planning activities

• 8 one-hour planning meetings with clients (with vendors present as needed)

• Assisting with venue and vendor selection

• Managing all vendor contract negotiations

• Creating floorplan and layout for reception

• Access to our online portal with organizational documents and budget tools

• Assisting with setting up a customized wedding website

• 5 hours of ceremony and reception design & styling, with one of our Directors of Design*

*This does not include the pricing for actual décor or printed materials needed to execute the design for the event and your stationery needs. Our Director of Design will create a separate, custom proposal for all décor items needed.

 

 

The Ultimate Dreamer

This package is for clients who want every detail managed from start to finish. We will work with you to include you in the planning process by helping to bring your dream ideas to life. During the wedding weekend, you will be able to enjoy the experience knowing that all details have been taken care of by your Event Manager. Planning for this package typically begins at least 10-12 months prior to the date of the wedding.

 

This package includes:

• Complimentary Initial consultation

• 12 one-hour planning meetings (with vendors present as needed)

• Assisting with venue and vendor selection

• Managing all vendor contract negotiations

• Access to our online portal with organizational documents and budget tools

• Assisting with setting up a customized wedding website

• RSVP management for all invited guests

• Creating floorplan and layout for reception

• A customized itinerary for all bridal party members and contracted vendors

• 10 hours of ceremony and reception design & styling, with one of our Directors of Design*

• Designing printed materials (Save the Dates, Invitations, Programs, Hotel Welcome letters, etc.)*

• Coordinating all honeymoon travel and accommodations

• Assistance with planning bachelorette/bachelor and bridal shower functions

• A final walk through at the venue(s) with the appropriate vendors

• Coordinating all final payments to vendors

• 2 hours rehearsal coordination and rehearsal dinner assistance

• Assisting with wedding day set up and break down

• 15 hours on-site full-service coordination the day of the wedding (2-3 staff present)

• Unlimited emails with your Event Manager and Director of Design

We’re seeing more and more couples choose a luxurious destination or cruise ship for their special day! Allow us to assist in planning a stress-free wedding in the place of your dreams. Our Event Managers are independent consultants and do not work for resorts, travel agencies or cruise ships. We simply work with you directly to ensure that no detail is forgotten.
