BABY SHOWER EVENTS

Planning for your new bundle of joy can be time-consuming enough, that you shouldn’t have to focus that energy on planning a baby shower celebration as well. Allow us to plan a detailed event for you and your closest friends and family. We want you to share your dream ideas with us so that we can create a memorable event that you can enjoy, while we take care of all the planning and coordination details.

 

This package includes:

 

  • Complimentary Initial consultation

  • 5 one-hour planning meetings (with vendors present as needed)

  • Custom printed materials for up to 50 guests (Invitations, Menu Cards, Themed Games)*

  • 1 decorated table with tablecloth and décor for gifts

  • 1 cake table decorated with tablecloth

  • 8 hours of design & styling, with one of our Directors of Design*

  • A final walk through at the venue(s) with the appropriate vendors

  • Decorated head table & chair(s) for guest(s) of honor

  • Custom designed candy & sweets buffet for guests; with custom favor bags

This does not include the pricing for actual décor or printed materials needed to execute the design for the event and your stationery needs. Our Director of Design will create a separate, custom proposal for all décor items needed.

 

 

SOCIAL PARTY & CELEBRATORY EVENT PACKAGES

These types of events include:

Adult Birthday Party, Sweet 16 Party, Bachelor & Bachelorette Party, Grand Opening or Launch Party, Anniversary, Holiday Party, Small Office Party, Holiday Gatherings

 

This package includes:

  • Complimentary Initial consultation

  • 5 one-hour planning meetings (with vendors present as needed)

  • Custom printed materials for up to 40 guests (Invitations, Menu Cards, Themed Games)*

  • 8 hours of design & styling, with one of our Directors of Design*

  • A final walk through at the venue(s) with the appropriate vendors

  • Vendor contracts negotiation assistance

  • On-site coordination on the day/night of the event

 

*This does not include the pricing for actual décor or printed materials needed to execute the design for the event and your stationery needs. Our Director of Design will create a separate, custom proposal for all décor items needed.

 

 

CORPORATE EVENT PACKAGES

For corporate clients looking to create an unforgettable event, we offer a package that assists with extensive planning, décor and design services and on-site day of coordination. Our package includes approximately 40 hours of planning with the client leading up to the event.

 

CORPORATE AFFAIRS | MEETINGS, CONFERENCES, HOLIDAY PARTIES, LAUNCH PARTIES

**Fundraisers or charity events receive a 15% discount off the total package price**

 

This package includes:

  • Assisting with venue selection for all activities

  • Collaborating with the selected caterer to create a custom menu

  • Assisting with all travel and hotel/room block accommodations

  • Developing and monitoring event budget

  • Assisting with selecting and managing speaker (accommodations, fees, etc.)

  • Communicating with vendors for audiovisual and technical needs

  • Managing a hospitality suite for special guests

  • Coordinating childcare services (if needed)

  • Coordinating conference amenity printing (tote bags, folders, pens, etc.)

  • Arranging for exhibitor space as needed

  • Facilitating delivery of event materials to site

  • Designing printed materials (Save the Dates, Invitations, Programs, Hotel Welcome letters, etc.)*

  • 10 hours On-site coordination the day of the event (additional hours can be added as needed)

  • Distributing evaluation materials at the end of the event (if desired)

  • Providing a post detailed financial report (once all vendor payments have been processed)
